Dr. Chad Woolner is the founder and clinical director of Brain Restore Centers Meridian and has spent the past 16 years helping patients solve complex and chronic health problems through a comprehensive, science-based, and systems-driven approach. Known for his ability to bridge the gap between traditional structural care and modern functional and neurological strategies, Dr. Woolner has helped thousands of patients find answers and solutions after years of frustration, failed treatments, and unanswered questions.
Dr. Woolner earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Early in his career, he recognized that many chronic conditions—whether related to disc injuries, chronic pain, metabolic dysfunction, or cognitive decline—could not be fully explained or solved by focusing on isolated symptoms alone. This realization led him to pursue extensive post-doctoral training in functional medicine, clinical neuroscience, and advanced rehabilitation, allowing him to develop a more complete and effective clinical framework centered on restoring function at its root.
He is also a respected educator and clinical instructor, teaching healthcare practitioners across the country on advanced clinical protocols, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to solving difficult cases. Dr. Woolner serves as a clinical educator for Erchonia low-level laser therapy and has contributed to the development of clinical systems now used in clinics nationwide. He is the co-host of the Health Fundamentals Podcast and The Laser Light Show, where he breaks down complex health topics and explores cutting-edge solutions in a clear and practical way.
At Brain Restore Centers Meridian, Dr. Woolner has built a reputation for combining advanced technology with personalized, compassionate care. The clinic utilizes a comprehensive approach that may include chiropractic care, non-surgical spinal decompression, functional medicine, neurological assessment and rehabilitation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, neurofeedback, and low-level laser therapy—all tailored to address the unique needs of each patient.
What truly drives Dr. Woolner is his belief that every patient deserves answers, clarity, and a path forward. His mission is not simply to help patients feel better temporarily, but to help them restore function, regain independence, and reclaim their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Woolner enjoys spending time with his family, writing, teaching, camping, fishing, playing guitar, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and contributing to ongoing efforts to advance the future of patient-centered healthcare.

Dr. Andrew Wells serves as Chief Operating Officer of Brain Restore Centers, bringing over a decade of high-level clinic operations experience and a personal story that has made him one of the most passionate voices in integrative health today.
Growing up in a household where chronic illness was simply assumed to be a normal part of life — with multiple specialists, ongoing medications, and health challenges at every turn — Dr. Wells didn't know there was another way. It wasn't until he began exploring the world independently and studying health from the ground up that he discovered a powerful truth: being unwell is not inevitable. Health is far more than the absence of disease, and chronic suffering is not something clients have to simply accept.
That awakening became his life's mission. Dr. Wells went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and has since launched and operated dozens of integrated clinics across the country. He has helped thousands of clients reverse chronic disease — not through symptom suppression, but through the root-cause methodologies that he now champions as a co-founder of Simplified Functional Medicine alongside Dr. Jason Green. His expertise in clinic launch, infrastructure, staff development, systems design, and operational scalability is a cornerstone of BRC's ability to grow as a trusted national network without compromising clinical excellence.
Dr. Wells is deeply committed to empowering other practitioners with the tools, training, and systems to help clients get truly well — without drugs and without surgery whenever possible. His operational leadership ensures that the Brain Restore Centers experience is consistent, world-class, and deeply human at every location.

Dr. Jason Green is the visionary co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Brain Restore Centers Meridian, and one of the driving forces behind the movement to make comprehensive, functional brain health care accessible to clients and providers across the country.
A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and Penn State University, Dr. Green has spent his career building bridges between conventional medicine and integrative healthcare — always with the client's root-cause resolution at the center. He has been doing so since 2011, and over that time has accumulated a rare combination of clinical depth, operational mastery, and entrepreneurial vision that few in the healthcare space can match.
Before co-founding Brain Restore Centers, Dr. Green served as Clinical Director and Director of Medical Operations at NJ Spine and Wellness, one of the nation's largest integrated multi-specialty clinic networks, where he was instrumental in expanding the organization to multiple locations. In that role, he led training and collaboration across an extraordinary range of disciplines — including neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, vascular surgery, chiropractic, physical therapy, nursing, acupuncture, and physician assistance — giving him a uniquely broad perspective on what truly integrated, client-first healthcare can look like at scale. He also co-founded Simplified Functional Medicine, further cementing his commitment to making advanced functional health solutions more accessible to both practitioners and clients.
Dr. Green's philosophy is straightforward: clients deserve answers, not just diagnoses. Masking symptoms with medication is not a solution. Finding and resolving root causes is. That philosophy is the backbone of everything Brain Restore Centers stands for, and it drives every decision Dr. Green makes as he leads BRC's continued national expansion. When he's not building the future of brain health care, Dr. Green is a devoted father of four.

Dr. Trevor Berry is the Chief Clinical Officer of Brain Restore Centers and the architect of the clinical system that powers every BRC location nationwide. He is one of the most recognized and respected voices in functional neurology and brain-based healthcare in the world — and the clinical mind behind the Brain Restore Program.
Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Dr. Berry completed his pre-medical studies at the University of Calgary before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as class Salutatorian. In 2000, he became a Board-Certified Chiropractic Neurologist through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB) — a credential representing mastery of clinical neuroscience at the highest level in the chiropractic profession.
What followed was nearly three decades of relentless clinical pursuit. Dr. Berry has accumulated over 3,500 hours of post-doctoral education spanning integrative neurology, functional medicine, low-level laser therapy, vestibular and balance disorders, traumatic brain injury, and neurodegenerative disease. He has been conducting FDA research on the effects of low-level laser therapy since 2011, and in 2014 was named Erchonia Researcher of the Year — recognized for his pioneering work in applying non-thermal laser technology to neurological conditions. He subsequently joined Erchonia Corporation as a neurology consultant and international lecturer, and has since spoken at conferences and advanced seminars across the U.S., Canada, and internationally.
Dr. Berry co-founded BTB Health Systems and served as Chief Clinical Officer for Applied Functional Neurology (AFN) before joining the BRC leadership team. His singular clinical contribution to Brain Restore Centers is the reverse-engineering of his life's work into a systemized, scalable, reproducible clinical model — the 4 Pillars of Brain Restoration — so that practitioners anywhere in the country can deliver the same standard of care he has spent nearly 30 years perfecting.
For clients, Dr. Berry's message is simple and profound: "The brain isn't broken. It's just stuck. And stuck patterns can change."
