- 2
Establish your baseline
Your examination and relevant assessments create a starting point for your care. We look at several aspects of function to build a useful picture of your needs.
- 3
Make sense of your results
Your findings visit connects the assessment to your everyday experience. We explain the results in plain language and outline your next steps.
- 4
Build your personalized plan
Recommendations connect your findings with appropriate therapies, practical goals, and a clear schedule. Your team walks you through the recommendations based on your evaluation findings.
- 5
Measure your progress
We compare follow-up findings, symptoms, and daily function with your baseline. These checkpoints help your team refine care as you move forward.

Your disc and spine evaluation
We begin with your pain history, movement challenges, and the activities you want to get back to. Your examination assesses relevant aspects of movement, strength, sensation, reflexes, and nerve function. Previous imaging and care records add context where appropriate.
Your clinician connects these findings with recommendations that may include exercise, manual care, laser therapy, or decompression. Explore the Disc Restore Program.
